9Gauge has many great stories to share:  numerous Industry Awards, 5 consecutive INC5000s, exceptional client successes, and more.   We are seeking a Marketing Associate to tell these stories and support diverse company-wide Marketing efforts.

Mission:  The Marketing Associate is responsible for creating and delivering content that broadens our audience and generates leads, maintaining our social media presence, and general support of our Marketing Initiatives. 

You will drive consistency of 9Gauge content, run ongoing monthly digital marketing projects, manage content for 9Gauge events and roadshows, and maintain client nurturing.

Immediate Needs:

• Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials (consultant bios, pitchbooks, one-pagers, etc.) 
• Coordinate social media campaigns (content, material, etc.)
• Take ownership of updates and enhancements to our website

Going forward:

• Maintain a directory of 9Gauge materials, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and within brand guidelines
• Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with defined marketing strategies
• Assist Marketing Director with drafting and delivering written client testimonials, internal/external newsletter content, and go-live messaging
• Coordinate with Marketing Director on video testimonials for digital usage and manage video and photography content
• Coordinate and deliver email campaigns, mass-mail materials, surveys, event invitations, and holiday cards as provided by Marketing Director
• Coordinate content for meetings, roadshows, internal/external events, and conferences and provide "back-up" as needed on logistics
• Run weekly report of client nurturing activity needs
• Coordinate with senior leaders on nurturing gifts and/or experiences to confirm accuracy
• Executive delivery of nurturing initiatives and track in Salesforce
• Coordinate branded merchandise for events and manage merchandise inventory
• Run reports on digital analytics

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional written communication skills, previous experience in content creation
• Strong verbal and people skills. 
• Exceptional Administrative skills; enjoys hands-on in repetitive administrative tasks
• Ability to initiate and monitor several projects simultaneously
• Experience creating case studies, testimonials, and client stories is preferred
• Creative and innovative thinker with a “can do” attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• CRM experience, SaleForce preferred
• Preferred basic understanding of core Financial and Accounting principles and functions
