Our clients are interesting. They are experiencing significant growth and faced with critical finance and accounting requirements. They range in size from pre-revenue/pre-funding start-ups to mid-market and enterprise public companies. They are involved in fundraising, IPOs, internal restructuring, validating new markets and testing new strategies. They need the right financial software platforms that support their environment and want help evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating the right solution.
THE JOB
This role will be responsible for managing, tracking, and communicating the progress of multiple concurrent and fast-moving projects, as well as ensuring the quality delivery of 9Gauge’s implementations. The Project Manager will work closely to support our Delivery Leads in planning client engagements, managing the development and approval of business requirements, managing the execution of deliverables, controlling scope, managing change, and working through any project challenges. The Project Manager will work with a number of additional 9Gauge team members within a matrixed environment.
Throughout each implementation, the Project Manager will manage critical deliverables such as Project Kickoffs, Project Plans, Change Orders, and status updates. This team member will also facilitate planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will be responsible for setting and managing client expectations regarding project scope, change management, the 9Gauge delivery model, stakeholder roles and responsibilities, timelines, communication, and the escalation process.
