Job Summary
Responsible for managing company-wide suppliers throughout the Procurement Life-cycle of Budget Confirmation, Supplier Sourcing & Selection, Contracting, Savings Management and Supplier Performance Management. Support Procurement Life-cycle processes for the company’s business lines and departments. Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team to identify, build and implement process improvements to grow the team and the procurement function.
Essential Functions
Knowledge – educate stakeholders and back office support staff (Legal, Compliance, Risk & IT) on procurement systems, processes and policies.
Strategy – assist with 12-month rolling procurement plan. Schedule and organize sourcing events, such as RFPs and Auctions.
Communication – engage and communicate with suppliers, stakeholders, team members, managers and back office support staff.
Supplier Life-Cycle Management – responsible for enforcing policies and procedures associated with the supplier life-cycle.
Sourcing and Selection – assist Sourcing Specialist & stakeholders with the management and sourcing of suppliers and assist with identifying new suppliers.
Contracting – work with stakeholders and back office support staff to review, negotiate and execute contracts with suppliers.
Contract Management – manage the entire contract life-cycle, to include renewals and terminations.
Supplier Performance Management – assist with maintaining relationships with key suppliers and provide support when conducting supplier business reviews.
Cost Savings – collaborate with stakeholders and Sourcing Specialists to identify and realize cost-savings opportunities.
Purchase Order Management - help manage the PO process, to ensure that stakeholders and suppliers are following company policies/procedures.

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification
Four year undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or combination of education with relevant experience
1-2+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing and supplier management or relevant experience
1-2+ years of experience directly related to RFP management, supplier selection, negotiation and contract life cycle
1+ years of financial analysis and modeling experience with increasing levels of responsibility, preferred
Experience using Workday ERP SaaS, preferred
Experience using Scout RFP SaaS, preferred
Experience using an eProcurement platform or SaaS, strongly preferred
Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
