We call our club's vision, mission, values, and supporting pillars "Our House" because they are the foundation for all that we do. We're working to transform AAA for the next century with a mission to create Members for life by unleashing the innovative spirit of our Team Members.
Just as AAA was born of disruptive forces in personal mobility 116 years ago with the emergence of the automobile, disruptive forces once again provide us with a tremendous opportunity for radical innovation and growth. An organization focused on service, not profits, AAA is uniquely positioned to be a trusted, technology- and mobility focused source of physical and digital services and expertise.
To meet the rapidly changing needs of our Members, AAA Northern California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Mountain West created A3Ventures, the innovation lab and capital investment engine of AAA.
The first new venture to be launched by A3Ventures was GIG Car Share, Northern California's first one-way car share business - positioned at the intersecting trends of mobility, collaborative consumption, and sustainability.
Our service allows people to pick up and drop off a Gig car anywhere in the HomeZone whenever they need it. This convenient, affordable, and environmentally-friendly option has helped us grow quickly.
