AAA Outbound Sales Representative - REMOTE Salary in the United States

• While this is a fully remote position, each team adheres to a specific location strategy, which allows them to work more effectively together. Therefore, the candidate should reside in or near Clearfield, Utah or Phoenix, Arizona

Summary

The Inside Sales Representative serves our Members by selling and servicing Identity Champion memberships. This person thoughtfully assists our Members to acquire, maintain and make the most of their membership in AAA Identity Champion. Inside Sales Associates use sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales and upsell to prospective and current Members, effectively overcoming objections to close the sale.

Essential Functions

• Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales to prospective and current Members. Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale.

• Works to meet or exceed targets assigned by the Sales Agent’s manager.

• Consistently provides a service experience that enhances the Member’s affinity to the AAA brand and results in greater Member satisfaction and loyalty.

• Proactively solicits new Identity Champion sales by handling inbound calls, performing outbound calls, working marketing lists, and cross-selling/up-selling new and existing Members

​Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Possesses sales skills effectively employed in the tracking, following up on and closing of assigned leads.

• Knowledge of desktop systems including but not limited to Microsoft Office software applications.

• Problem-solving - Identifies problems, lists the possible solutions, evaluates options, and selects options to find solutions to problems. Designs solutions. (Intermediate)

• Data Entry - Proficient typing skills. Computer skills and a knowledge of relevant software packages. Basic literacy and numeracy skills. (Intermediate)

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience required. Insurance industry and/or call center work experience preferred.

• Proven ability to develop rapport via phone interactions (Preferred)
