ResponsibilitiesCompletion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline and 5+ years of experience preferred, with 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment marketing in developing and implementing social media strategies for a variety of clients at an agency or large, complex organization preferred. Previous social media management experience is required, including social content development and community management, and implementation of digital campaigns – e-mail, marketing automation, social, website, content, SEO, paid media, and web analytics (Google analytics).

Demonstrated ability to manage/implement social content strategy and engage/grow communities.
