AbacusNext is looking for a Service Delivery Manager for their Professional Services division.

Purpose:

  • Lead and provide daily management and direction for the team(s)
  • Ensure the day to day running of the pro services and/ or technical support function(s) is/are successful 
  • Assist developing plans to meet business growth targets and objectives, both financial and non-financial 
  • Collaborates with Sales and Product Management to identify & address client needs and demands
  • Optimising and management of service costs to stay within forecast, meet targets and manage financial pressures 
  • Provide accurate KPI and metric reporting, implementing processes and procedures where required 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development of operational budgets 
  • Assist PMO in providing accurate and timely revenue forecasting 
  • Provide analysis towards effectiveness of solution offerings from a client satisfaction and P&L perspective 
  • Assist in the Identification, building and reviewing business critical processes and procedures 
  • Provide local leadership to ensure development, continuous improvement and engagement across the team 

Qualifications


Skills:

  • A high level of practical problem-solving skills to overcome barriers and resistance to change 
  • Understanding of corporate drivers such as the strategy, values and core behaviours 
  • Financial and Budget Management 
  • High level of competence using MS Office, NetSuite
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Team management capability 

 

Experience: 

  • Previous Service Delivery Management experience  
  • Track record of delivering results within software implementation services and technical support
  • A good level of Consulting Experience on Enterprise level applications 
  • Significant experience in IT services/consulting industry
  • Experience with HotDocs a major plus

 

Qualifications: 

  • ITIL Foundation or higher 
  • Business Studies related degree (BSc, MSc)  
  • Certification towards accountancy or revenue management an advantage
  • Paralegal or Juris Doctorate is preferred
