Position Overview

Primary function is to serve as the Divisional BEx resource for the Neuromodulation Commercial Operations group leading high impact productivity and process improvement projects, develop problem solving task teams, and communicate project status and outcome expectations to Executive level leadership. Secondary function is to improve the capability of the organization by training personnel on Business Process Excellence tools and updated processes identified through project groups.

Responsibilities

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Responsible for identification, development and implementation of operational practices impacting the commercial organization.

Facilitates and promotes best practices sharing.

Assists Divisional and Functional leadership in the identification and execution of improvement projects.

Provides leadership in developing and implementing Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects that are aligned with business goals/priorities.

Takes ownership leading and managing continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events.

Develops project tracking and outcome communication methodologies ensuring visibility across the commercial organization.

Responsible for the development and implementation of BPI practices across the various commercial functions within the business.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

5 plus years of direct process improvement experience required

Ability to travel up to 50%
