POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance & Training Lead has the responsibility to measure and provide continuous improvement coaching for all the activities of the Client Service Agents.  The Quality Assurance & Training Lead performs a variety of duties which help the Client Service Agents operate at an optimal efficiency. The responsibility includes monitoring and documenting phone calls and emails for Balanced Performer Program to verify that the agents are working in accordance with the company rules and regulations.  In addition to monitoring and reporting, the Quality Assurance & Training Lead identifies opportunities for improvement and trains and coaches one on one with agents.  As necessary the Lead identifies organizational training deficits, creates training documentation or written SOPs and publishes to and/or trains the larger group.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively takes part in designing the call monitoring formats and quality standards
  • Monitor emails of customer contacts and as well as clients
  • Provides actionable data to internal support groups as and when needed.   Includes training and system Change Request opportunities
  • Prepares monthly internal quality audit reports for staff & management review
  • Document, review, and revise any necessary Client Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the servicing of Clients & Clinics
  • Coaches and trains Client Service staff
  • Works proactively to realize Individual & Departmental goals set by management
  • Ability to understand and explain general collection, laboratory and medical review procedures
  • Works with the Management Team to perform call monitoring and provide trend data
  • Offers recommendations for improvement of quality monitoring data system
  • Determines new or growing needs of the customers by understanding them in the monitoring programs
  • Coordinates and facilitates training or retraining sessions for the organization staffs
  • As part of regularly scheduled meetings offers feedbacks to Team Leaders & Managers
  • Partners with Team Leads & Managers to review and revise effective training methods & mediums
KNOWLEDGE
  • Strong communicator with excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Word & Excel required

  • Flexibility in work schedule, working a night shift as needed.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Possesses a strong knowledge of Customer Care processes and techniques

  • Self-motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional service to the company and our Clients & Clinics
