Responsibilities:

Medical writing of CER content

• PMS data
• Create Data Requests
• Summarize Clinical Datasets
• Other medical writing as needed

Document editing and quality control.

• Quality review of accurate data presentation and bibliography
• Ensure correctness of content
• Create final documents for submission to document control
• Create and manage literature screening projects with DistillerSR

Source document management

• Obtain and maintain source documents such as IFUs, Risk documents, Regulatory Documents, Clinical Study Reports
• Manage and create databases of literature, studies, CAPAs
• Obtain literature articles from Abbott Research Center

Cross-functional relationships

• Interact with internal stakeholders (Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, R&D) and external vendors
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years medical device experience
• BS degree in science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, medical technology, pharmacy, pharmacology), math, engineering, or medical fields is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

• Experience in one of the following areas: Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, R&D, Medical writing
• Strong attention to detail
