• Perform data entry of drug screen document information in a timely and accurate manner.

• Place outbound calls to clinic providers as needed to request additional information and/or secure corrective memorandums.

• Manually enter drug screen result information.

• Respond via email to internal inquiries.

• Handle escalation requests for document entry.
