What You'll Do:

The Facilities Maintenance Department function is to provide outstanding customer service to the manufacturing and support groups in the Casa Grande Plant through the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant infrastructure systems.  This will be executed to enable the safe, efficient and economical conduct of business at the Casa Grande Plant in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. To maintain and improve plant building and grounds including but not limited to the following:  floor, wall and ceiling surfaces, roofs, sewer systems, doors, plant fleet vehicles, lawn care.

Perform maintenance of all types of painted surfaces. Perform various exterior grounds maintenance for main plant and off-site warehouse as directed. This includes but not limited to yard work, mowing, roof clean up, and landscaping work.  Will require operation of powered industrial equipment. Perform various types of repairs to doors (sliders, overhead doors, fire doors), ceilings and windows.  Work includes caulking, re-screening, refinishing and mechanical repairs. Job responsibilities include : Performance of facility PM’s, miscellaneous plumbing repairs throughout the plant on showers, sinks, restrooms and water fountains, carpentry, and masonry.

Machines, Tools & Equipment (Hand Tools, Power Tools, Machines or Equipment) Lawn tractor, circular saw, table saw, drills, all hand tools, drain cleaning equipment, shear, box brake, lathe, mill, band saw, cutoff saw, drill press, welder, torch.

Education and Experience You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum Amount of Related Experience (1-2 years preferred)
