This position is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to divisional FP&A systems users to assist in the completion of the following specific activities:  financial planning and analysis, management financial reporting, and system maintenance/enhancements.  Comprehensively work and assist with all aspects of the global ADD Division's Financial Planning processes aligned with Abbott Corporate and ADD business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.
• Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
• Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
• Business Partner for divisional FP&A systems users, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and focus on creating standardization and process documentation.
• Assist in the systems administration to provide an efficient and effective tool for users and ensure that planning requirements and expected outcomes are achieved.
• Develop and orchestrate the process improvements and training.
• Develop detailed process documentation to ensure continuity of systems knowledge and processes.
• Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of TM1 data for all Plan and LBE's.
• Prepare in-depth evaluations and identify system enhancements to rectify any shortcomings or inefficiencies.
• Complete monthly/quarterly/annual systems administration tasks

Minimum education and requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree- Finance or Accounting

Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Finance/Accounting with IT collaboration
