Summary:

As a Technical Analyst, the employee will be part of HRIT team supporting Workday system. Evaluate best practices, develop new process and implement solutions based on business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support integrations & Reports between Workday and other 3rd party applications.
• The work will include design, development, testing and deployment of various types of integrations.
• This also involves developing integrations with Workday Studio, Core Connectors and EIBs.
• This role will require to work within project teams, interacting with Functional consultants, Project Managers and Offshore teams.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of o SaaS architectures. Experience with Workday Upgrades/New Features Management.
• Working knowledge of the Workday integration tools including, Workday Studio, EIB’s, Core Connectors and PICOF and PECI integration.
• Develop and document Technical documents.
• Maintain SLA for Operation tickets as per guidelines provided.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Experience / Training Required:

• 2-4 years of related experience.
