The LATAM Global Labeling Operations manager is responsible for oversight of change management for new product labeling and revisions to existing labels for products manufactured by all Abbott owned and contracted facilities marketed within the LATAM Commercial Region. Oversight of change management includes ensuring that changes are appropriate, justified, and approved by responsible functional areas according to established procedures. Collaborates with Area Commercial Leadership, Country Affiliate leadership, Project Management, and Regulatory to ensure tactical alignment and execution. Champion the labeling process within the LATAM region and across the Global Labeling Operations group. Identify and leverage opportunities to drive an improved labeling process (e.g. culture, training, processes, tools, standards, etc.). Develop effective communication systems that align personnel efforts and external supply partners to achieve strategic objectives of the respective area.
