We are seeking an entry leveled, motivated Marketing Coordinator. The Global Marketing Coordinator for Neuromodulation is a permanent position responsible for the execution of global operations for marketing and sales support. This marketing professional will assist in projects across multiple channels to enable sales and build the Abbott Brand in addition to administrative duties. This role’s success is built upon the ability to grow an understanding of the business, product and internal customers while applying their perspective and expertise in in project management to execute global plans.

Impact this role will have on Abbott:

  • Execute on specific tactics to support the strategic plans outline by the Marketing Specialist and business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the nuances of U.S. selling divisions 
  • Understand project budgets and propose cost-saving measures where appropriate.
  • Manage dissemination for all collateral (print & digital) to vendor systems across the Neuromodulation business
  • Act as a strategic partner to global marketing teams for all print needs
  • Manage internal accounts for print collateral system
  • Manage invites and agendas coming from sales organization from submission to routing for review and approval
  • Responsibilities include all administrative functions: scheduling travel, processing expense reports, processing invoices meeting planning, creating or modifying business documents
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Your experience(s), education and knowledge will further expand St. Jude Medical’s marketplace success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, English or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years professional experience in marketing communications, project management or other similar field.
  • Excellent use of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel software.
  • Experience using other business-specific software
  • Experience working with PC.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Your preferred qualifications and education:

  • Medical Device Industry or another regulated industry experience.
