The primary function of the Professional Education Coordinator is to provide logistical & operational support of local & regional Education Programs. In this role, the Coordinator will ensure programs align with the company policies & procedures guidelines as they relate to the interaction & contracting of Healthcare Practitioners. The Coordinator will maintain close collaboration with Contracts, Legal, Compliance, Accounts Payable, Travel & Area Administrators, & Marcom to name a few.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the development of Education program agendas.
• Managed the delivery of approved content for use during Education programs.
• Manages the planning & organization of program venues & all associated costs, invoice management & payments.
• Develops systems & processes for centrally managing Education programs.
• Manages record retention to ensure traceability for all aspects of local & regional Education programs for which compliance policies apply.
• Ensures costs are aligned to Education program budgets.

General Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with Meeting & Events logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to organize & manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent computer & software skills word processing, database systems, spreadsheets.
• Ability to work within a team & as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to travel minimally.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications & Education:

• 1-3 years of experience in implementation of legal &/or regulatory compliance requirements related to medical device or pharmaceutical commercial or educational activities.
• 1-3 years of experience in field-based marketing or education in a highly-regulated industry.
