Manages teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development.

Short-term operational/tactical responsibilities.

Responsible for the efficient transportation and distribution of replacement products to customers, retailers and to other organizations.

Effective control of suppliers and service through regular assessments/reviews.

Activities include selecting the most efficient transportation procedures according to cost, timing, and handling frame-work.

Establishing and monitoring product delivery schedules.

Tracking, recording and following-up shipments.

Managing relationships with replacement suppliers.

Minimum of an Associate's level degree.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Major Responsibilities

Ability to Achieve Quality, Regulatory and Operational Compliance for replacements and returns for highly regulated healthcare environment

Ability to Achieve Product Replacement Operational Excellence in product through:

• Process optimization for Cost, Customer/Agent Experience, and Process Automation and/or Delegation

• Supplier and Inventory Management (including replacement suppliers and support centers)

• Business systems requirements analysis including integration with supplier systems

• Identify, create, monitor and act on KPIs to create solutions

• Replacement product lifecycle management from New Product Launch through EOL

• Invoice review and approval
• Ability to collaborate with, influence and align Business Stakeholders and Management on replacement:
• Strategy

• Continuous Improvement Projects

• Forecast and Expense Justification
