Position reports to and is accountable to the Global Complaint Manager. The QA System Analytics Manager position is responsible for supporting the business with the tools / systems for managing and analyzing complaint data. Complaint data accuracy is key in making business quality decisions for product on market. Detect potential signals for AN product on market (globally) and compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., US FDA Infant Formula Act) and corporate/division policies. Manage financials for complaint management system – processing PO’s and determining budget. Potential for direct reports that are responsible for complaint reporting / project management.
