The Opportunity
This position works out of our Roseville Distribution Center, MN location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.
As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
This position is a functional Team Leader role at the Roseville Distribution Center for ensuring all outbound shipments are received shipped timely manner and per safety, quality, and cost requirements.
Shift: 12pm-8:30pm with up to 2 hours of overtime if required.
What You’ll Work On
Lead the domestic team to ensure timely processing of shipments for all deadlines
Create the daily schedule for the outbound team and ensure all areas are appropriately staffed throughout the day
Adhere to compliance standards for training, and schedule what training will be facilitated for contractors and employees to achieve key ratios of trained personnel
Conduct continuous line walks throughout the day to ensure processes are followed by the team
Work on the production floor as an operator if required
Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks
Assist with troubleshooting issues as they arise during shift
Assist management in developing improvement strategies and execution plans
Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically
Maintain a neat and safe work environment
Operate material handling equipment
Including potential use of forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training and/or certification
Must work overtime as required for business needs
Support all initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors

Provide feedback on defects encountered and provides re-training support as necessary.
Assist in coordinating production activity in assigned work areas, ensuring that product is continuously processed in accordance with the quality procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience/Background
Minimum 2 years
2-3 years equivalent work experience in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution or Warehousing or planning.
Able to read and understand English, perform math calculations, interpret data from tracking and trending metrics analysis. Knowledge of warehousing/shipping transportation/logistics/planning needed to understand work flows, critical needs and to provide adequate direction to floor personnel. Must possess an in department knowledge of warehousing/distribution functions which include receiving, storage and retrieval of commodities. Must have good working knowledge of warehouse floor control systems. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Must have good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to analyze and problem solve to resolve floor issues in a timely manner. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Must have knowledge of GMP, FDA and ISO regulations as well as IATA and DOT regulations. Must have good working knowledge of quality systems and metrics.
