This position is a key point of contact for SAP Supply Chain Organization and the business. Provides advice, assistance on, the selection, design, justification, implementation, and business use of information systems. Analyzes business processes; elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and makes recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing technology components such as SAP Materials Management or other enterprise applications. Translates business requirements into functional requirements; performs data and process modeling; manages change; and leads, coordinates/performs testing, verification, and validation of requirements.

Responsibilities: 

• Elicits and communicates the organization’s business strategy; works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes and needs and opportunities for improvement; identifies IT capabilities and information required to support the business processes and collaborates in the development of appropriate information management strategies, developing them as an integrated part of the business strategy.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures, including the Software Life Cycle (SLC).
• Ensures current and accurate system documentation, coordinates and/or performs testing of system modifications. Leads testing execution activities, ensures results meets expectations for GxP classification of systems.
• When necessary, create and maintain system and project documentation including but not limited to change requests, functional requirements, test plans, data migration plans, and cutover plans.
• Provides systems expertise and supports system training, educational tools and materials.
• Work cross-functionally to develop comprehensive project estimates and timelines by soliciting input and collecting feedback from all impacted stakeholders.
• Develops business relationships and integrates activities with other BTO's to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
• Drive continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience; Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience; PhD with 0 years’ experience.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills partnering with various IT and business teams
• Ability to Multitask and work within timelines
• Demonstrated ability to learn, understand and master new technologies such as Blockchain and IoT
• Leadership qualities and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the system development life cycle and application program development alternatives, preferably in a regulated industry
• Supply Chain knowledge or experience a plus
• Experience with ATTP or other similar EPCIS a plus
• Experience of SAP ERP S4 or other similar ERP a plus
• Experience of SAP configuration and transports a plus
• Serialization / Track and Trace experience in the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain, including knowledge of global requirements, vendors, standards and industry practices a plus
