Associate Director, Product - Filler Marketing
YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE…
- An Innovative Team Leader. You are responsible for all in-office, customer-facing and sales force driven initiatives for the Juvéderm portfolio of fillers. You will lead the for development of the Juvéderm professional marketing strategies and marketing plan. You will be responsible for leading the competitive defense plans for the Juvéderm® franchise. Responsibilities include analyzing the competition, planning for competitive threats, developing, executing, and measuring programs and tactics to blunt competitive intrusion and mitigate share loss.
- A Creative Forward-Thinker. You will also lead the content creation strategies for injector training. You will work closely with the consumer, medical education, portfolio/loyalty and strategic communication teams. You will be the commercial representative to medical affairs on various task forces and committees. You will oversee the promotional budget and ensure spend targets are closely managed. You will also lead advisory boards, engage with national and local KOLs, as needed.
YOU WILL:
- Manage various aspects of the marketing growth. Responsible for developing/evolving the professional positioning, marketing strategy, and marketing plan; leading the execution of the professional marketing plan initiatives; product launches/ competitive defense plans and initiatives, managing the advertising, and promotional agencies; and effectively communicate positioning, strategies and core messages to the sales organization, senior management, agencies, vendors and consultants.
- Budget management. Manage the professional marketing budget and evaluate program ROI’s
- Build Relationships with Key Stakeholders. Develop effective working relationships with Market Research, Global, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, CRM Sales, key VIPs, physicians and other staff groups to assist in guiding marketing programs. Work with field sales representatives on a regular basis. Attend major conventions and meetings as directed. Stay abreast of Filler science via medical and scientific literature, scientific meetings, and symposia
- MLR Management and Submissions. Facilitate the timely approval of marketing pieces. Ensure medical, legal, compliance, and regulatory understanding and approve the business strategy.
- Be responsible for other duties and assignments. Provide ongoing insight and feedback to upstream colleagues to ensure viability of future portfolio. Assess market research gaps and needs, ensure market research plans address key insights. Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and prepare strategic plans to advance the JUVEDERM collection. Lead other projects, as assigned.
QualificationsYOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Business preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medical device marketing/agency is preferred OR combination of marketing and field sales experience on medical device or pharmaceutical products
