Qualifications
- Maintain a high level of productivity in the laboratory
- Execute and interpret critical experiments to answer scientific questions
- Perform immunoassays
- Handling of patient samples for inclusion in clinical trials
- Work effectively with a team in a matrix environment
- Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, controlled drugs and radioactive compounds
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in immunology, biology or related field with typically 0-3+ (BS) years of experience, or 0+ (MS) years of experience
- Strong scientific foundation in the understanding and implementation of a wide range of cell-based assays and readouts (ELISA, Luminex, MSD)
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary groups in a fast-paced discovery team setting
- Effectively communicate cross-functionally with team members throughout the organization
- Able to analyze and critically interpret and report data and research conclusions
- Familiarity with assay technologies, automation, and high throughput screening approaches highly desired
