Finance Manager

YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE…
• An Innovative Financial Expert. You will support the organization in executing the finance operating plan and long-term strategy of the CNS business.
YOU WILL:
• Work as part of the CNS financial planning consolidating the CNS operating results
• Liaise with USA Division HQ FP&A, and CNS commercial organization
• Prepare sales & expense analytics utilizing BPC and SAP financial systems
• Manage Brand P&L’s
• Prepare P&L analysis
• Work with Commercial Marketing and Sales teams to ensure P&L performance
• Prepare financial analysis for the field force function within CNS
• Ensure qtrly SOX controls are being met
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Analyze results and communicate them to management
• Complete ad-hoc projects and reports as needed
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations

Qualifications
YOU BRING:
• Bachelor’s degree (finance or accounting degree preferred)
• MBA preferred (finance or accounting)
• 4+ years of financial-related work experience
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for models and analyses and PowerPoint for presentations
• Understanding of SAP
• Knowledge of Planning systems, BPC/BW is a benefit
• Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
• Strong understanding of financial statements, management performance and accounting principles
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Able to work within a team
• Strong business partnering skills & problem solve
• Solid business judgment
