Job Description

Under the general direction of the District/Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, selling our products, and meeting sales growth and new account targets on a monthly basis. Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and services

• Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Oversees customer account management, negotiates prices and agreements to maximize profit
• Generates new sales leads by calling prospective customers to introduce them to our products
• Ensures account billings are correct and assists the AR department in collecting outstanding balances
• Serves as a primary point of contact for any account issues, partners with various departments to resolve all account discrepancies and provide excellent customer service
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years direct sales experience
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet clearly defined and measured sales targets and goals
