ABC IMAGING Payroll Specialist Associate Salary in the United States

We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist. Under the general direction of the Payroll Manager, you will ensure accurate company-wide timekeeping and assist in the processing of semi-monthly payroll.

• Partner with managers to ensure daily workforce timekeeping records are complete and accurate enterprise-wide.
  Process semi-monthly payroll, deductions, and other related adjustments to payroll.
• Enter and updates employee information in the timekeeping and payroll systems.
• Answer employee questions and troubleshooting employee payroll issues.
• Process terminations in timekeeping and payroll systems and prepares termination check documents ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for ADP and timekeeping issues.
• Prepare Dept of Labor monthly reports, audit reports, and other reports as necessary.
  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Bachelor’s preferred
• At least 1-3 years of payroll experience.
• Familiar with timekeeping reporting and payroll systems, ADP Workforce Now and eTIME preferred.
• Excellent mathematics and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well in a fast paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus.
  Strong attention to detail.
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethics.
