ABELCINE Order Processing Agent Salary in the United States

AbelCine is a full service equipment and technology provider to the broadcast, production and new media industries. We offer sales, finance, training, rental, integration and tech services to our professional customer base with offices in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. We are currently seeking an Order Processing Agent to join our growing Brooklyn location in Industry City. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, hard working individual to participate in our exciting and fast paced company.

This position would encompass the following key responsibilities: 

• Facilitate processing of orders, product allocation, shipping, and invoicing
• Work closely with the sales teams with regard to order completion and order fulfillment
• Work with procurement reps regarding purchasing for order fulfillment and drop shipments
• Work with fulfillment reps to ensure that orders are picked as needed for shipment and/or will call
• Act as point of contact for clients in regard to their orders. Coordinate payment and shipment logistics with clients.
• Create allocations, transfers and back orders for sales orders to strategically maximize efficiency and minimize spending
• As required work with procurement reps to place and follow up on purchase orders with manufacturers
• As required work with fulfillment reps to pick, pack and ship client orders

 Successful applicants must possess the following attributes:

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent combination of training and work experience
• A minimum of one year of prior administrative experience 
• Some knowledge of professional video cameras and workflow is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, including professional correspondence skills are a must
• Organization, efficiency and attention to detail are also a must
• Ability to work well with coworkers to hit deadlines
• Outgoing personality and ability to interact with other departments and outside vendors effectively
• Drive, flexibility and multi-tasking capability with ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong desire to learn and grow with the organization
• Strong computer skills and experience working with Mac OS. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
