The Art Supervisor is an essential part of the creative and business team in the development of creative conceptual executions to accomplish the strategic marketing goals of each project within the prescribed budget. This individual has the ability to design for multiple audiences and channels. He or she will collaborate with Copywriters, and other team members, to ensure that a concept is successfully pulled through into layout and execution. Additionally, they coordinate with AM and other designers assigned to the brand to help ensure that layouts/files are consistent across tactics, and up-to-date with the latest direction. They are experts designing and executing graphics for all channels and proficient problem solvers in the face of creative and technical complexity.
