Human capital management (HCM) analyst is a highly-visible role interacting with leading HCM technology users and vendors. Among the responsibilities for the role are:

  • Track and monitor emerging trends and technologies within the HCM space.  Key topics include:
    • Talent acquisition
    • Talent management
    • Employee engagement
    • Recruitment process management
  • Conduct market research on technology trends and business processes (surveys, first-person interviews)
  • Analyze research findings and draw inferences and conclusions in response to the research query
  • Write cohesive research that illustrates the learnings, and build content that educates the community
  • Present your findings (by phone, in-person and in industry conferences) to technology end-users, software vendors and the marketplace
  • Build and manage a technology vendor landscape to track market trends and maintain a research editorial calendar
  • Conduct statistical analysis from data collected

  • BS or higher with a strong record of academic achievement
