Overview
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an IdAM Engineer supporting an Intelligence Community Customer.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as product owner of the program's Identity Access Management technical transformation.
- Work closely with program's IdAM Senior Architect and development teams to ensure the construction of architecture is reflected in Sprints and technical implementation reviews.
- Provide development and integration leadership with other program and enterprise initiatives, including: Access Management and Authentication Services, Identity Correlation and Exchange, and Public Key Infrastructure.
- Contribute to development and integration efforts while providing technical leadership, including answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
- Support an Agile development lifecycle of Identity Access Management services through Sprint planning, creating release roadmaps, management and reprioritization of items in a backlog, and leading daily Scrums.
Qualifications
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI poly
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2-4 years of related experience.
Required Skills:
- Working directly with development teams to ensure their applications and APIs are developed with industry leading security posture characteristics, incorporate automation throughout, reduce manual implementation and support steps, and are mindful to operations team.
- Ability to pickup up new technologies and solve hard problems in a creative way.
- Maintain current job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Assist organizing IdAM business strategies and requirements; researching the landscape of cloud infrastructure providers; studying architecture/platform; identifying integration issues; supporting proposal efforts.
