We are ‘Service at Work.’ Job Summary We are searching for a talented Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team!  The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for producing standard proposals, provide support in the development of larger, strategic proposals and manage the proposal content library. The Proposal Coordinator may also occasionally provide basic graphics support for proposals and presentations. Typical activities include formatting, editing and writing, researching, graphics creation, proofing, entering sales information into the CRM (Salesforce) database, collating and production of printed materials when needed, and submitting/shipping final documents. Our proposal team members juggle multiple assignments simultaneously, work as a cohesive virtual team across offices, and thrive in a high-volume, short-turnaround, dynamic environment.
