Our Direct Care Aide hourly rate ranges from $12.25 to $13.40/hr depending on experience and licensing. As a full time employee, you will accrue paid time off starting day one. Need insurance? As a Direct Care Aide, your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Working with adults with developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home setting.
  • Providing direct care, to include: bathing, toiletry, feeding, dressing, maintaining all aspects of daily living skills, and ensuring our individuals are properly cared for.
  • Implementing program plans and goals.
  • Participating in activities/outings, and much more.

place in a classroom setting along with hands-on site training to all employees!
