What does a Engagement Center Training and Development Associate do at companies like ABLETO, INC.?

The Engagement Center Specialists conduct outreach to prospective program participants, explains program benefits and services and enroll participants into AbleTo’s programs. Additionally, Joyable Engagement Coaches help motivate and provide accountability each week through calls and chat. They provide human connection, motivation, guidance, and emotional support to our members.

This role will be dedicated to ensuring these interactions with prospective participants are of the highest quality, primarily by providing training from the initial onboarding through all phases of career development.

 

New Hire Training and Onboarding:

  • Participate in the EC recruiting process
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of curriculum for EC new hires 
  • Deliver and coordinate all EC new hire training as required
  • Determine readiness of EC new hires to be released from training and oversee onboarding to completion
  • Develop and maintain documentation of EC workflows and processes, collaborating with internal partners (Clinical, Operations, IT, SC, EC leaders, etc.) as needed
  • Assist the Training Manager in creating and maintaining a system to track and document all training, aimed at tracing effectiveness of different activities.

 

New Client/Process Training:

  • Partner with Client Implementation and Account Management teams to stay current with client-related issues and emerging information as related to Engagement performance.
  • Assist with the development of training for new clients and new processes implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely and best process delivery of new process training.

 

eLearning Development and Deployment:

  • Utilize Articulate Storyline and best practices in adult learning to develop eLearning material based on training outlines and content provided by the EC Leadership. Content includes interactive page elements, as well as videos, narrations, and quizzes. Updates materials as needed.
  • Create visually appealing Job -Aids to support Training / Ops initiatives, including Posters, Banners, Build Diagrams, and Infographics to help reinforce and promote Standards and key concepts.
  • Create visually appealing assets to be leveraged on the LMS, including Thumbnails for training modules and icons for training modules.

 

Reporting and Effectiveness

  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvements supported by a clear plan for implementation and accountability.
  • Stay current with L&D Industry trends and best practices to elevate learning offerings.
  • Assist with reporting on the effectiveness and impact of training interventions as well as opportunities for improvement and refinement based on those metrics.

Experience:

  • Prior outbound / sales call center experience in the areas of training required
  • Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and call coaching
  • Health care experience highly preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professional communication
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Ability to use Google Suite to identify, solve and communicate results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel between sites as required (less than 30%)
  • Familiarity with eLearning development and LMS administration desired
