We are looking for someone who can build collaborative and influential relationships with strategic business partners to balance client growth and governance. The Director of Legal will be responsible for developing and maintaining all standard sales contract elements including NDA, Master Sales Agreements, Amendments, and Consulting agreements. It will also provide initial legal counsel and review for all other corporate matters. The role will require a team centric leader to manage a team of contract and vendor administrators to operationalize the work.
This position is responsible for the technology solutions, vendor relationships, outside counsel spend and rate tracking, special projects, and helps build the Legal Department strategy, structure, and culture. This position will be based in Austin, TX or Raleigh, NC and report to the VP, Corporate Development.
