Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs. 

We are seeking a Manager of Client Education, reporting to the Director of Client Education, to lead a team of both training delivery and instructional design professionals. The team utilizes various modes, such as eLearning, virtual, and in-person training. The delivery team primarily supports Abrigo’s Financial Crimes platform, and the instructional design team supports all Abrigo products. 

What you'll do: 

  • Lead, inspire, manage, mentor and provide effective feedback to team members to maximize their potential and professional growth as well as ability to function effectively as a team.  
  • Deliver on key initiatives that support the Client Education team’s strategic objectives. 
  • Provide guidance and feedback on training content, including both in-person instruction and online courses and videos. 
  • Work with sales executives, project managers, and clients to scope bespoke statements of work and training programs. 
  • Drive process improvements that allow the team to be more efficient and that improve the client experience. 
  • Collaborate with peers to cross-train team members. 
  • Maintain open cross-functional team communications to ensure key information around people, process or product change is appropriately conveyed to team members or other relevant stakeholders. 
  • Provide technical administrative support for the Abrigo learning management system (LMS) 
  • Hire and retain top talent professionals for training clients. 

 What you'll need:  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience training SaaS products or comparable experience working with clients. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach through organizational change. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication, operational, and organizational skills while demonstrating the Abrigo core values and meeting deadlines. 
  • Demonstrated customer service mentality both externally and internally. 
  • Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem-solving skills. 
  • Willingness to travel domestically 30% of the time (contingent on business restrictions related to COVID-19 being lifted) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work. 
  • Prior experience directly managing a team – preferred. 
  • Banking industry knowledge – preferred. 
  • Prior experience with instructional design – preferred. 
  • Prior experience with a learning management system – preferred.
