Our solutions automate key processes – from fraud detection to anti-money laundering to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs.

The Advisory Services Group is the rapidly growing in-house, fee-for-service consulting group coinciding with the software organization. We work directly with financial institutions to incorporate automated solutions into their Fraud and BSA, AML programs. We are also platform agnostic unit that can assist financial institutions with Fraud problems and BSA compliance that automation cannot solve for. The expectation is for this individual to have a “think like an owner” mentality. We are looking for energetic candidates with strong intellect, a passion for Fraud, BSA, the ability to execute with excellence, and superior communication skills. As a role within a high-growth company, the range of initiatives is dynamic and will provide exposure into multiple areas of the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Configuring and tuning BAM+ Fraud solutions will be the primary area of focus. This will be accomplished by assessing Fraud risk to the Financial Institutions and guiding and recommending mitigating controls and thresholds.   
  • As a consultant, you should expect a dynamic, urgent environment with clear, specific client-facing projects to accomplish, as well as open-ended research and development and special project tasks
  • You should take pleasure and pride in guiding and mentoring customers, team members, and relish the opportunity to contribute outside the group by developing thought leadership positions, supporting other areas of the enterprise, and serving as a resource to the broader company
  • You will facilitate, streamline and manage consulting projects as assigned, with access to senior staff for assistance troubleshooting on projects or tasks
  • You will continue to gain insight into the thought processes and inner workings of hundreds of community financial institutions
  • Also identifying additional revenue-generating opportunities within financial institutions and cross-sell products
  • As you grow and demonstrate expertise as well as the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively directly with clients and their auditors or regulators, and contribute to business development activities, there will be opportunities for promotion

What You'll Need:

  • 3-7 years minimum experience in Fraud within the financial services sector
  • BA/BS degree
  • CFE certification preferred (Certified Fraud Examiner or comparable certification)
  • Previous experience with Abrigo products including BSA Manager and BAM+ highly desired
  • Available to travel at least 50% and work at customer sites within the United States
  • Strong customer service skills
