We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to recruit diverse talent as we continue to grow. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the company’s recruiting effortsWe are looking for candidates with high energy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The right person is an out-of-the-box thinker who is looking to be challenged and make an impact in a high growth environment. This position will be remote or office based in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.  

What You'll Do: 

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate interviews, presenting, and negotiating offers, conducting background and reference checks.  
  • Creatively search and source for diverse candidates across multiple locations using job boards, internet searches, direct sourcing, networking, and other creative methods. 
  • Partner with hiring managers and team members to ensure an overall quality candidate experience. 
  • Deliver consistent and timely results that delight your internal customers and candidates.  
  • Make continuous improvements and recommendations for new and creative recruiting ideas. 
  • Speed to results; you are easy to work with and you know how to get things done. 
  • Uncommon grit; you do whatever is necessary to deliver on commitments and always persevere to win. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen; you are data-driven, curious, and hungry to improve the Talent Acquisition function. 
  • Experience with an enterprise ATS (Jobvite) and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred. 
  • Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required.
  • Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.

  • A proven ability to hunt, prospect, and secure great diverse talent 
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques – web-based tactics, networking, development of recruiting sources and programs (ex: college/university recruiting).  
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with a "get it done" mentality.  
  • Exceptional analytical skills, a critical mind, and well-honed written and verbal communications.  
  • The ability to quickly and successfully adapt to a high growth environment and culture.  
  • BS/BA or equivalent required.
