Self-Motivated, entrepreneurial spirited and technology-oriented Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative skills, be a strong negotiator and have experience with client retention and up-selling customer accounts to meet client’s needs and drive growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a set of accounts to achieve renewal and expansion revenue targets
  • Conducting regular account reviews by gathering customer issues and effectively prioritizing a roadmap for requests, product bugs, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Consulting with clients on patterns, trends and strategic insights
  • Managing commitments across a team of resources, including Business Analysts, Development and QA
  • Creatively investigating customers' organizational landscape to expand AbsenceSofts footprint and drive additional revenue
  • Effectively forecasting and communicate at-risk customers
  • Maintaining a high degree of confidence and trust with customers/partners

Required Skills:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, problem solving and organization skills
  • 5-7 years experience in customer success role at SaaS company
  • Proven record of providing top class customer service  
  • Proven proficiency in troubleshooting and setting priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of FMLA, Disability and/or ADA
  • An understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience with issue ticketing systems such as Jira and Salesforce

Location: Lakewood, CO

Travel: 30% ~ 40%
