Job Description:

2 -3 + years of budget projections, and trend and root cause analysis experience Technical aptitude with Access and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, if statements, and concatenating Working knowledge of WMS, RMS and BI (Microstrategy) technology preferred Distribution or logistics experience strongly preferred PeopleSoft experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance or Math related discipline preferred or similar field of study preferred Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to structure analysis independently and identify root causes for issues Ability to consistently apply sound judgment, and operate professionally, effectively and ethically as an individual contributor and member of a team Effective time management, including the ability to prioritize deliverables Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties Regular attendance required Analyze and compile data in support of distribution and logistics reporting and budgeting Coordinate the completion and distribution of bi-weekly and monthly logistics reporting Analyze distribution center key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying variances, conducting root cause analysis, and providing new forecasts of performance targets to senior leadership Create business intelligence (BI), Access and other system queries to feed reports and provide key stakeholders with requested data Partner with logistics leadership and financial planning team to review and input annual budget data and manager annual reporting of operational metrics for distribution centers Complete ad hoc analysis to enable budget and forecast development and analyze the drivers of labor spend Develop reports and metrics as needed to support evolving business needs Evaluate, revise and implement procedures to streamline processes and eliminate redundancies Ability to eliminate redundancy with the data in the reports Maintain organizational charts for various departments Develop thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures and safety rules Duties may change; Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned
