Job Description:

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 6+ months previous related work experience preferred

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Good math skills
• Ability to count merchandise accurately
• Ability to understand computer printouts
• Communication – effective listening, speaking and writing
• Operate computer – hand held and/or desktop

Physical demands and requirements include:

• Constantly stand, reach, handle, use repetitive motions (hand/wrist/fingers) and feel; frequently required to walk, balance, stoop, crouch, use fingers, grasp, push, and pull; occasionally required to sit, balance, kneel, crawl, talk, and hear 
• Constantly lift up to 10 pounds; frequently lift 11 to 30 pounds; and occasionally lift 31 to 60 pounds 
• Occasionally climb stairs and work in mezzanines and modules up to 35 feet high
• Ability to hear and specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus 
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures required

SOME DUTIES:

• Log on to work station
• Position DMS tote and merchandise container
• Remove merchandise units from cardboard container
• Locate SKU
• Scan SKU and place in tote
• Verify count scanned and loaded into DMS tote
• Note any change to quantity loaded into DMS tote
• Induct DMS tote into the sortation system
• Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules
• Duties may change and team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned
