Job Description:

3+ years electrical maintenance preferred.

Trade school graduate or two-year Associates degree in mechanical/electrical systems, or equivalent related work experience required.

• Provide support for the entire facility with focus on development and maintenance of standard operating procedures

• Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance, and troubleshooting of all material handling systems’ electrical and controls components
• 
  
• Troubleshoot and repair all material handling systems
• 
  
• Respond to and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner; may require 24-hour availability for emergency response
• 
  
• Assist in the purchase of spare parts and components necessary to minimize system downtime
• 
  
• Contact equipment manufacturers for updates, upgrades, and technical support information
• 
  
• Maintain equipment maintenance and repair logs
• 
  
• Maintain facility, campus, building, and material storage
• 
  
• Working knowledge /troubleshooting of fire protection systems
• 
  
• Routine maintenance of Liebert systems
• 
  
• Routine maintenance of generators
• 
  
• Lighting and electrical troubleshooting and repair
•
