** Michelin Acadia is looking for a Sommelier to help run the floor and oversee the wine program. This candidate would procure the Wine Program and list, as well as cellar upkeep and inventory. This person would essentially be the active Sommelier on the floor selling and assisting our GM. There is opportuniy to also travel, take the Court of Masters test, and much more continuing education. Candidate must be passionate with wine, service, attention to detail and excellence. In our 8th year, we continue to push and reach our goal of *** Michelin Stars!
