ACCEL SCHOOLS Marketing Project Manager (Remote) Salary in the United States

ACCEL Schools is seeking a qualified Marketing Project Manager (Remote)  with a broad set of skills and experience to expand our online marketing team. An ideal candidate will have the ability to work cross-functionally between centralized support services teams and school level faculty and staff. The Marketing Project Manager should be able to formulate successful strategies, execute and track projects, while having the flexibility to pivot quickly as needed. Excellent communication, organization, project management and marketing skills are required. This is a fully remote position that may include light travel.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Marketing Director to manage and track large scale marketing projects from inception to completion in coordination with key stakeholders.   
• Track new school launch marketing efforts: brand packages/logos, website assets, social media assets, email campaigns, school knowledge base and enrollment 
• Manage project tasks for seasonal campaigns including fall enrollment, re-registration, surveys, summer communication, student retention and student withdrawals.  
• Partner with CRM manager to implement seasonal email campaigns
• Support existing website content and social media assets
• Intake marketing deliverables from internal teams – business development, board relations, school operations
• Maintain strong working relationship with external partners and vendors
• Regularly monitor school enrollment and/or re-enrollment data

 Qualifications:          

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in virtual education, education technology, school services, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with project management theory and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Office365 applications.
• Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.
• Experience with content editing and creation.
• Working knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress and/or PowerSchool, a plus.
