ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a key member of Accela and contributes to the success of the Revenue Operations team by creating reporting, providing analysis and developing business insights.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive visibility and alignment across sales leadership and executives developing key performance indicators and creating SFDC dashboards and reports
• Analyze data from customers, pipeline, bookings and renewals to provide executives with insight into business trends and opportunities
• Work with deal desk to create quotes for Accela’s product offering, ensuring correct pricing, product offering and contract language are delivered to sales for execution by customers.
• Enhance and drive consistent application of forecast methodology while maintaining pipeline data quality and hygiene
• Assist with Go-to-Market planning and territory management
• Work closely with finance to develop and deliver compensation plans, set quotas and ensure accurate commission payments
• Work with SFDC admins to create and implement SFDC enhancements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years of experience in sales operations preferably in high-tech industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence
• Demonstrated experience with collaboration between sales, customer success, finance and legal to help drive customer renewals to closure.
• Must be familiar with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud/CPQ/Quip), MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience reading and interpreting contracts
• Experience with customer service/customer engagement
• Understanding of revenue recognition rules around software
