What will you be doing?

• Lead the execution of Talent Management processes including Talent Review, Succession Planning and Performance Management.
• Lead the execution of the company’s learning and development framework.
• Partnering with HRBPs to identify and deliver learning and development solutions to address specific client needs.

• Partnering with Head of Talent Mgt, Inclusion & Diversity to implement culture related initiatives for the organization.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years’ experience in Learning & Development and/or Talent Management required – ideal candidate has previous experience or exposure to Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
• Life Science, Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry experience desirable
• Exceptional project management skills
• Very strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Previous experience designing and facilitating training and development.
• Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing vendors and working with consultants.
• Ability to quickly respond to evolving organization and business demands.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel) experience required.
