What’s in it for you?

 We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager that thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, biotech environment to help create world-class hiring strategies. Become the subject matter expert for our current applicant tracking system (JobVite), and lead many aspects for Acceleron’s implementation of Workday ATS. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, your primary areas of responsibility include project management and operations management within the TA Team. You will partner with the TA team to ensure crisp execution of process, TA Programs and efficient use of systems. Lastly, the you will own TA data quality and development and ongoing support (and enhancement) of performance metrics.

What will you be doing?

  • Subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition processes and use of systems, including JobVite and Workday transition.
  • Perform and lead regular system audits to ensure the recruitment process is automated and streamlined
  • Manage key partnerships with third party vendor providing various supporting services for Talent Acquisition
  • Manage third party agencies and associated contracts
  • Lead contract staffing process and procedures
  • Develop regular and ad-hoc reports, providing data on recruiting performance and metrics
  • Regularly identify and implement areas of operational enhancement and best practices relative to TA processes, process flows, technology, and programs to drive consistent and outstanding levels of efficiency
  • Team with recruiters, coordinators and HR colleagues to drive a consistent and outstanding candidate experience
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and Talent Acquisition to further expand employment branding.
  • Lead cross-functional TA team projects as needed


What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition or HR function
  • Previous experience implementing talent acquisition programs and processes
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday is a plus
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking System implementation, highly desirable
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and detail orientated individual with proven ability to interface and communicate effectively
  • Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
