Overview

The Human Resources Manager is at the heart of our mission of providing high quality mental health services by recruiting and supporting high-quality team members throughout the organization. The Human Resources Manager works closely with upper management in planning, organizing, and leading inititatives to recruit and retain high quality talent within the organization as well as overseeing and managing day to day Human Resources Operations.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute

Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication

• Uses sound and professional judgement to a variety of personnel issues
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Critical thinking and problem solving
