Position Summary    $3,500 Sign On Bonus (less taxes) payable in 4 installments effective for offers extended on or after 6/18/2021:  1st payout - $500.00 after 6 months of employment   2nd payout - $750.00 after 12 months of employment  3rd payout - $1,000.00 after 18 months of employment   4th payout - $1,250.00 after 24 months of employment    The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting medical providers render professional care to patients within a primary care setting.     What You Will Do   Work with team members such as providers, front desk staff and others to provide quality health services   Assist provider with onsite procedures   Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy and administer medications/vaccines   Assist patients by responding to questions, returning calls, scheduling appointments and reviewing medical records   What Do You Get   Extensive clinical training provided through-out your career at ACCESS   Opportunity to make an impact in your community   Work in a large, community-based non-profit organization   Have a strong connection to our patients    Great employee benefits     Requirements  High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited entity    Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program    Classroom CPR certification    Minimum of one (1) year experience or clinical externship  Basic proficiency with EHR (EPIC preferred)
