Location: New Windsor

Hours: M-F 830 am to 5 pm

Assists in program development and implementation.  Responsible for the daily operation of the program.  Supervise Therapists and complete Performance Agreements.  Facilitate staff meetings and co-facilitate group supervision.  Responsible for marketing the program and its fiscal viability.  Generate and review reports as needed.  Responsible for a caseload and the required documentation.  Facilitate Psycho-educational, rehabilitation, and recovery groups.   The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and requires a LCSW with supervisory experience and proven leadership skills.

Qualifications: 
MUST be LCSW/LMHC
Supervisory experience
Previous experience working with adults in Mental Health field preferred   
Clinical Supervision (individual and group supervision)
Individual caseload
Facilitating groups 
Some Administrative responsibilities
Education:
Masters degree in Social Work with Licensure
