Post Production Graphics Coordinator

At Access, the Post Production Graphics Coordinator inspects, ships, receives, repairs, and maintains an accurate and current graphic inventory for one of our largest clients.

What you’ll do:

• Works closely with a dedicated project team to ensure all graphics are prepared and packed properly and shipped into designated containers to the recipient as requested
• Maintain a complete and accurate computerized inventory of all graphic materials
• Maintain work area in a safe and clean condition free of hazards
• Display new graphics for the design team to check for quality control as needed/requested
• Inspect returning exhibit crates/properties/graphics and prepare damage reports within 10 business days
• Prepare and affix labels on crates accurately indicating crate contents
• Adhere to all timelines and deadlines. Communicate deviations to the timeline in a proactive manner to the appropriate project manager
• Assist other team members as needed
• Maintain a strong working relationship with all internal clients and vendors.  Treat all internal clients and vendors with respect and professionalism

What we’d love to see:

• A minimum of a High school diploma.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory management
• General knowledge of graphics layout and design preferred
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in the tradeshow industry and driving a forklift is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds is required for success in this role
• Strong working knowledge of safety requirements and safe working practices
